Breeze is the first Fun Ship in decades that was not constructed by Joe Farcus - the man that dreamed in neon and polished marble. Much of what is found on the Carnival ships Dream and Magic is on the Breeze too. After dinner I stepped outside on my balcony to take some pictures of the sunset. Before I forget to mention, I picked up the liter bottled water from the casino bar on Deck 4 and also went by the photo gallery to pick up my Platinum pin & koozie gift.

One side has jewelry and perfume related stores, but the other side has Carnival Logo items, liquor, and Cherry On Top. All of the shops were closed at this time of the day, but would open up mid-morning. Outside on the Lido decks, there are 3 floors that go up and up to so many activities.

Nothing was going on in the lounge at this time of the morning, but the morning show was coming up in less than 3 hours. I would be back inside the theater for the live morning show.

Having an extra bed can mean that more people (especially kids) can stay in the cabin. These photos were all taken in cabin #8202 on the Carnival Breeze during a 12-night Mediterranean cruise on the Carnival Breeze, which is the furthest cabin forward on the port side. With no one walking by and with only one neighbor, you'll enjoy a very quiet time. Kids and adults love WaterWorks, the onboard water park with two waterslides and dozens of other ways to get wet. SportSquare, the outdoor recreation area, offers numerous games and even has a ropes course.
The 719 interior staterooms are the smallest (and least expensive) on the ship, measuring 185 square feet. For those looking for something larger and more luxurious, the Carnival Breeze has 54 suites, the largest being the Grand Penthouse Suites. Most travelers on the ship choose one of the 851 Carnival Breeze balcony cabins or one of the 221 oceanview cabins without a balcony.

On the sides of the Lido Deck the tables & chairs that were under cover in the shade were almost all occupied. After exiting the Lido Deck level of the atrium we were outside by the Carnival Breeze's Lido Deck Main Pool. Looking up I was able to see the SeaSide Theater which was used to show movies at various times throughout the cruise. Six rows of deck chairs were setup outside by the Lido main pool. On the sides of the pool area are the Blue Iguana Tequila Bar and Red Frog Rum Bar.

I decided to continue walking around so I walked down from Deck 10 to Deck 5. I started at the front of Deck 5 and worked my way towards the back. Around the front atrium area of Deck 5 is the Carnival Breeze's Fun Shops.
Inside cabins with windows have either Porthole Window (PT, on decks 1 and 2) or Picture Window (4J, on decks 6, 7, 9 and 10-Lido). Some Porthole cabins have a sofa bed for a 3rd person, some Picture Window rooms have a sofa and/or upper bed (Pullman) for 3rd/4th person. Small Inside cabins have bunk beds (upper/lower Pullman beds), living area (vanity, chair), bathroom (shower). The Carnival Breeze's Ocean Plaza was very quiet at this time of the morning. The lights were mostly off, but I was still able to get some good pictures.
Some have a sofa and/or upper beds (Pullman) for 3rd/4th person. Spa Oceanview rooms are with obstructed views, and some are with upper bed (Pullman) for 4th person. The jogging track on Deck 12 was busy with many guests running, walking, or jogging. The mini golf course was not busy at this early time of the morning. I took pictures of the Deck 12 level of the mini golf course and also headed up to the Deck 14 level of the mini golf course.
All cabin and suite mini-bars are stocked with premium liquors ($6-9,25), beer ($6,25), energy drinks ($5), soft soda/beverages ($2), bottled water ($3,75). In-cabin babysitting is not available (read more at Camp Ocean below). Cribs in cruise cabins are provided complimentary (upon request). In Main Dining Rooms are provided complimentary high chairs and booster seats.
Those who like to get their fitness routine outdoors can use the jogging track or the exercise equipment. The Carnival Breeze has more than 19,000 total square feet of space catering to children and teenagers. Aft-View Extended Balcony staterooms feature a larger balcony for more lounge-around room, more kick-back space... Not to even mention some of the best stern-side views you'll find anywhere.
Amenities also include a corkscrew waterslide, adults-only "Serenity" deck, "Cloud 9 Spa", WaterWorks (aqua park), Seaside Theatre. Previous Carnival vessels offered only rolled out nightly fee-free sushi "carts". The kids area has a huge water park with slides and it was a busy place for kids. We thought about going down one of the slides, but never did actually do it. Since we were in ports for 4 days straight, we just didn’t take the time the other days to actually try out the slide. I think the appeal of reading in the cabana lounges took over and won out over my childlike enthusiasm about actually trying the slide. We got onboard about an hour from sailing time, and enjoyed the views of Miami and the docks. Lots of ships board from here and it’s a busy place, back and forth from the airport.
We designed Carnival Breeze balcony staterooms for maximum sea breeze and the most stunning views, and this stateroom features a balcony that's even wider than our standard balcony. Enjoy the extra outdoor space, along with all the standard Carnival stateroom amenities. Smoking in cabins/suites and on their balconies is prohibited. On Carnival Breeze, smoking allowed areas (cigarettes /incl electronic cigarettes) are Liquid Nightclub (disco /not allowed on the dance floor), Casino (designated areas), Casino Bar. Smoking (incl of cigars and tobacco pipes) is allowed on designated outdoor areas on Deck 5 portside (forward/midship/aft) and on Deck 11 starboard (midship/aft). Connecting rooms ("family cabins") are located on decks 1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11.
